I have been working with Gina for 15 years, buying and selling homes. She knows the business, the markets in and around Denver, and she knows my personal needs and expectations. When you work with someone for so many years you get to know them personally and are better able to meet the clients needs. Being as though I was needing help selling my property from out-of-state, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Gina helped find me services in the area for my flooring, painting, cleaning, and a handyman, making sure I was in a good position to sell.
